Only for customers who already have a subscription and would like to add an extra video to their package on-demand. The price can range from €120-200 per video based on complexity.

Do you shoot across Cyprus?
Yes but each shot that is more than 30km outside central Limassol costs €50 extra. Not that we usually shoot many videos at once so typically with 1-3 shoots per month we can cover all plans.

Can I cancel anytime and get a refund?
50% is non-refundable. The rest of the work is billed proportionally the the amount of work that was done on top of that 50%. If preproduction has started. The work is billable.

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause and we can resume at a certain point in the future and resume from where we left at.

What happens if we do not manage to post the number of videos we have committed to in a given month?
We will always strive to be consistent and responsible but in the exceptional case of something going wrong, we can proportionally refund that video or carry it to the next month.

What if I do not like a given video after it has been produced and edited?
You have control all along. You can be choosing the concept/format of video from a list of ideas we will provide, you can review the plan before shooting and we can do up to one revision. Lastly after the first edit, you can provide feedback and we can do up to one review.

The only exception is if you have a team that can shoot great video, but the prices are the same because what we save in shooting time we add in collaboration and coordination time.

I work with another marketing agency; could you collaborate with them?
No problem. As long as we have total control and responsibility of each step of our part of the work.

Do you do the actual posting in our channels or should our team handle that.
We are happy to handle posting for you or share all files and descriptions with you and you handle it.

A reel video appears on Instagram’s feed. When you swipe up, you are watching reels. Stories are the videos or photos you see when you click at the thumbnails at the top of your instagram interface. Yes we do both styles of content and we will post them both for you.

Why are you charging more for LinkedIn & X?
These platforms do not support the video aspect rations of the other platforms so we need to either shoot double at the same time on separate camera or crop and re-fix captions to new AR which ofcourse takes more time per video.

Do you do any influencer marketing, UGC strategy or brand collaborations?
Those are not included in the plans but we can discuss on a case by case basis.

Do you have any products, services or sectors you do not work with?
We will not work with companies or recommend to companies not to signup when: 1. We do not think we can deliver good videos for their audience 2. We do not think the business we rip any benefits from short form content/social media and there is a better approacah to reach their goal 3. The unit economics do not work (shooting is too long, too far, video concepts are too complex etc) 4. The business in inherently unethical or has ties to causes we believe to be unethical
